Love the combined bill. One easy payment for water, lights, and waste management. In Jackson I had separate water which was $200 and lights were $250. Here in Columbus my bill is never over $120 for everything.
Lights go off for no reason in the North Haven Woods subdivision. It doesn't have to be storming, the sun can be shinning bright and they will just go off. It takes over an hour for them to be restored. Also, can't contact them by phone lately, it's almost as if their phone is disconnected.
TVA keeps tacking on fee after fee every time you turn around they had a nuclear spill not to long ago that was said to cost over billion dollars to clean up so they attached another damn fee of $35 dollars for all customers the question? is you guys did it so why don't you pay for it? even the city water was not charged for at one time you now have to pay for it too on top of the garbage bill this is what the lack of competition does when you got a monopoly or should I say duopoly too city light & water and TVA which has been an overall desaster Every since it was created and not good for consumers but I'm just waiting for the day to when those solar panels get much cheaper and it will be good bye too them both!!!
I call them at 5:00pm and havent no one contacted me back or came by.
What a monopoly these people have! They charge you to pay your bill online, and they charge you if you use their pay stations. What a racket! Let me not get started on theit lack of costumer service and or assistance. Good luck in you live in Columbus!
