Ordered a bedroom set. They charged my card then I got and email saying they're "having difficulty" getting the set. Why have it on the website? Why take my info? Why take my credit card info? I'm sure I'll have some mysterious charges show up at some point. Terrible.
The WORST shopping experience EVER!!! Ordered a sectional and didn't get it after 4 months, always some lame excuses. Asked for a refund a month ago and still nothing, will have to call Visa to dispute the charge.
Should have negative stars because giving them one star is more than they deserve. Poor communication and if you do get a response it is the couch is on back order. Finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get refunded. Seems to be a scam. Ordered the same set through appliance connection and received it in less than a month, had to pay a bit more though
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone, they do not answer the phone and rarely answer emails. This site may seem great because of the low prices, but they are horrible! It's been over 2 months since I ordered my product, and have yet to receive it.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I know it sounds like you are getting a good deal but it's not. We ordered our couch 3 months ago when it was supposed to be delivered with in 5 weeks. They have extended the back order multiple times so we finally had to cancel. Resist the urge to try and get a good deal unless you are willing to wait a year to receive your goods....
