Very friendly staff who put together socials where they provide free food and crafts for kids a few times a year. The workout room with an attached kid's playroom is great!
Honestly I used to live in forum apartments were the actual apartments aren't great. But the land Lord would take care of the problem that day because she gave all her tenants her cell number. If you put a work order in online, it takes week's to hear back and if you try to call them you will never get an answer. This people do not know how to take care of there tenants.
Would love to rate zero stars. This company run by Hunt is greedy and selfish. They will take all your money with no guilt and put it straight in their pockets. They will choose your house for you and determine how much of your own money should be spent on utilities. If you go over the allotted amount, you have to pay even more out of pocket. This company controls your house, your utilities, your maintenance, and much more. Do NOT live on Columbus Air Force Base. It is a complete rip off and you can live in a much nicer house for a much lower price off base. They have no empathy whatsoever and simply do not care which house they put you in. They will put you in the only house available and make you sign all these waivers and in turn use the waivers you signed against you. Not only is Hunt greedy but the ladies who work in the Columbus Family Housing office are extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm sick of my money going in their pockets being used for the luxury vehicles and that is why we are moving off base never to return again. This company and their poor ethics will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and my state Senator. Tear this house down and condemn it!!!!!!!
At time of posting I have PCS'd away and have not lived with them for a month and a half but they have continued to collect BAH from my paychecks.
