Not good at all. I called an asked about a Hydrocortisone shot for cystic acne & the lady that answered the phone first she said I don't know let me see & then she came back & said you will have to make an appointment with the dermatologist & ask them about the shot so I said ok I'll make an appointment then. The lady who answered the phone hung up in my face. I called back no one answered the phone. I called again & the lady picked up the phone & then hung up in my face again. This is not the way to treat your customers. I felt very disrespected & I will be taking me business elsewhere.
I have been seeing Dr. Hairston for almost 2 years she and her staff has always been very polite and perfessional. I highly recommend her for all your dermatology needs.
