My dad who is a dialysis patient was sick, and brought to the ER. Once it was made clear, that he was not a priority but a problem of the dialysis doctor (whom they phoned) the care level went from 10 being good, to 2, being poor. It's understood, that he is a dialysis patient, however, he left the ER, with a blood pressure of 225/109. He came in with 199/108 BP and a excruciating headache.
My dad felt disregarded and not cared for.

Long story short, the doctor was rude, as well as one of the nurses.
We were told to go home, and see the dialysis doctor on Tuesday, he was also told that because he was a dialysis patient, this BP was normal. He was seen on Saturday. 6/18/17
