This compounded with a cold, unsympathetic nurse and an office manager who won't return phone calls has made me regret attending this clinic. But, in this small town, Dr. Altmyer is the only option my insurance covers, so such is life.
Dr. Altmyer is a decent doctor, albeit rushed, but his office staff (his personal nurse and the front desk) could use several lessons in courtesy and customer service. The receptionist called to tell me that my co-pay payment didn't go through, and after giving her my credit card number, she continued to call me multiple times at work in scatterbrained attempts to rectify the problem. Turns out, the payment DID go through, she just read things wrong.
