Great quiet and safe RV park. We enjoyed our longer term stay and will definitely come back. Thanks to the entire crew for providing help with anything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for short or long term stays.
There was a power outage from approximately 2 am till almost noon for one of the days we stayed in this park - which sometimes happens, yet - frustrating non the less.
No bath house, only 50 amp plugs (glad there's a close Wal-Mart). Feels remote, but pretty close to town. Very rustic, but ok for our purposes.
We arrived to the main RV park and ended up having to drive to another that they own. Which isn't a challenge - just a bit frustrating - the RV Park manager from the main one had us follow him to this one. I asked for the address - he didn't know it - had to wait an hour to attain it to send to family or even for ourselves to 're-find' our way back to the RV should we have left it.
Outstanding, great owners.
THERE ARE NO DISCOUNTS and for $40.00 a night in this State and outside of this State we have had access to WIFI, laundry, shower, and restrooms with a large amount of gravel for even parking.
When we first made reservations - all went well - was told there was room for our Big Rig, easy Pay Pal payment and we were looking forward to our stay.
We do not recommend this unless it is an overnight stay to allow your sewer to drain and re-fill your water for a trip. If possible - stay at the WalMart parking lot and head to Tupelo or if you can fit in a State or National Park as well.
This is the third time I have been here. Secluded but close to town for those items you might need. Have improved the sites since my last trip. Level and better access. Enjoy staying owners and other campers are very friendly. Free laundry.
After much ado - hitting some branches on the top of our Big Rig (which he thankfully cut down later on) and attempting to connect to the sewer/water/power source was a challenge due to the site not really made for a 40 foot rig. The reason for the 2 star was that the RV Manager was exceptional in all the help he gave us - and the lack of the 5 stars was due to the amount of vehicle traffic all night long up until 4 am each night heading to the home we were next to and the fact that we left for three hours and came home to find all the chains off of our vehicle that we were towing as though someone tried to pull the vehicle off of the trailer. This was on the last day of our stay - and we were just 'done'.
The only reason we made arrangements here versus another park - is that they were all full in the local area.
This place is next to a creek, where if you have pets or small children you should be aware that the water moccasins are quite numerous due to the amount of frogs that linger near the water pump itself due to leakage.
