Most of the trailers do not have proper heating/cooling systems.. One little wall heater will not keep a trailer warm, when the temp is 30 degrees outside.. The trailer we moved into did not have an a/c unit, after begging the landlord for about 3 weeks to install one (when it was 80+ degrees outside) - we finally ended up just buying one..

Lived there for about 11 months, the roads around the park are horrendous.. We lost 2 tires and our air conditioner in the car, hit a large pothole that damaged the air compressor..
