We went on a weekday for lunch. Service was very slow. Fries were cold but burger was good. We never got a ticket so we walked to the front to pay. The person that took our money was wearing a bracelet that said fu** U. Wow. Not a place I will go back to very soon if I can avoid it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. My food was over seasoned so I complained. The manager, high on drugs, refused my refund and told me she couldn’t refund my money just because I didn’t like my food and if I wanted a refund I would have to talk to her brother, other owner,. I told her I was traveling from out of town and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I WILL NEVER GO TO EITHER LOCATION

Visited Twisted Burger for nephews birthday party. Waitress was very friendly, food was good and it was reasonably priced. But, my daughter along with a friend each ordered cheese qurds for an appetizer and after asking about yhem several times they finally showed up midway through our meal. After asking for napkins we finally received them after everyone had gotten their meal. Several of the orders were mixed up.
