Excellent place for a burger. Great food with a good menu. I loved it.
Great food, great interior design, and great staff. Food doesn't take too long to get brought out.
So I've eaten mugshots plenty of times and have had great burgers. So, I am not intending to create a bad review of Mugshots. However, this past time I went it was like I was eating a frozen sausage patty that was supposed to be a fresh 100% beef burger. I told the manager and we had a discussion with him, but he was so puzzled and swore it was a fresh burger. He was a nice guy and the staff was nice, but that really was a less than sub-par food experience I've had in a while. To put in perspective, I never complain about food to a manager, or even the waiter/waitress. I'm really disappointed. I may give their burgers another shot, but I'm fairly nervous to do so.
I would rate a zero if possible. Ordered our food and waited 30 minutes to get burned burgers. Not just a little burned but completely black. First bite tasted like eating charcoal. Sent them back and had to wait another 25 minutes. We were told the manager would come out to talk to us but they never came to our table even after asking for the manager to come talk to us. They didn't even offer to discount our meal for all the problems we had. The waitress was nice but that is the on my good thing I can say. It would have been nice if we had been told that they were taking a little longer than normal.
Really awesome (huge!) burgers. Love the fries and the service is always awesome. Even had a root beer float. Yum!
