Order wasn't correct. No napkins or anything to eat with; thank goodness I was going home so I could have utensils to eat my side items. What I ask them not to put on my food, that's exactly what they put on my food and what I asked for was omitted. This is not the first or second time this has happened. Not sure I will return.
We visited this restaurant on 12/27/17. We were looking forward to eating our favorites but to our surprise they refused to take our order. We had stood at the counter behind two other parties that were both served however when it was time for us to order we were told that it was 9:00 pm and too late to order. This was absolutely the first time that i was allowed to enter a business, wait behind other customers and be denied service! I was totally amazed that a business such as McAlister's would treat their customers this way especially in this age of social media! This will be our last visit to this McAlister's location!
Drove in from Starkville for dinner with my girlfriend. Loved this spot! Food was delicious, restaurant was clean and service was great. Prices are affordable as well. Best of all...the water cups were huge! Am I the only one who drinks a lot of water and wants bigger cups so I don’t have to keep refilling it at a meal? I can’t be alone on this! Shout out to McAlister’s. You are the real MVP.
Best place in town. Consistent and clean. Friendly
Small and simple. Hard to get out of parking lot because of main road traffic. Good food but must be willing to wait for it. Never seen it full of customers so plenty of seating available.
