After incorrect quotes and extremely poor scheduling I ended up having a third party contractor install. He would not begin the job until all flooring had been delivered to my house because he had so many issues with Tom's Floor Gallery in the past. They delivered the wrong sq footage and the T-Molds and Reducers were never delivered until weeks after. They charged us for the pieces, the return fee and for more underlayment than was delivered. Called 5 times to speak to the owner, left my phone number and was never called back. Not sure if the employees are not passing the info or he's avoiding contact, either way...avoid this company. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Mississippi regarding their borderline criminal practices.
