Dr. Curtis is very professional and describes things to parents with detail. He handles the children very gently and we like his "chairside" manners. The staff is all very friendly and our kids enjoy the play area and the kids movies are playing on the ceiling mounted screens above every chair.
I was worried about not being able to go with my children into the exam area, but the staff at Dr. Curtis' are great. They know how to really get down on my kids level. I have 1 child who has Cerebral Palsy & was real worried about her reaction but she loved it. They are very honest and quick to fix anything they find wrong. My oldest had a filling done the next week, my middle child is having hers done on christmas break & I am taking my 2 year old tomorrow for 2 fillings. All in all you could not ask for a better dentist for children.
Two of our 4 children have had cavities that required a hospital visit for anesthesia. Dr. Curtis handled the procedure himself and there weren't any follow up issues. It's great that we can take our kids to a dentist that we trust whether it's just a checkup or a more involved procedure.
