The Wal-Mart of dentists, truly. The single tooth extraction from Aspen was far more painful than having all four wisdom teeth removed at once. They're actually more expensive than most places, too. Consider this a fair warning because a visit to the dentist shouldn't be this terrible.
were great. My pray is that they will continue in the same manner as they are now. They also work together well and very complimentary of each other. If I didn't know better, I would think they loved what they are doing.
All of the employees in this office were EXTREMELY professional and extremely caring and friendly. Everyone took time to throughly examine your teeth and make accurate professional suggestions. They found issues that an oral surgeon from Columbus left or chose to ignore. I am very terrified of a dentist but will have no problem going back to these guys.
Thanks for being better that the others.
Visit for my son was 9-12-17: Overall, I would rate Aspen Dental as good, but with some “new business” flaws that I’m sure will be worked out as time moves forward. 1)Even though I got a call to verify my dental insurance and was told it was placed in my file, when I arrived I still had to fill out more paperwork about my dental insurance. 2)We arrived twenty minutes early, but were not called into the back until thirty-five to forty minutes later. 3)Once called back, there was a very nice waiting area where I sat while my son had x-rays done. 4)When I was able to join my son again, the hygienist did her assessment and then the dentist did his assessment and we were ushered out to the waiting room without getting the cleaning done that we made the appointment for in the beginning. I was told that I should have been told that the very first visit is an evaluation and then a time would be set for the actual cleaning. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have been able to rearrange a work schedule and take my son after school instead of both of us missing time. So, 5)We had to get up earlier than usual the very next day to come in for a cleaning which still made us late for school/work a second day. I will continue to take my son to Aspen Dental as it is convenient to where I live, the staff was really nice, and the place was impeccably clean and comfortable.
I have tried 4 dentists since moving to MS. The search stops here. Everything from the cleanliness of the facility to the professionalism of the staff met or exceeded my expectations. Everyone i encountered on my first visit took the time to explain everything they were going to do and made sure that I understood. They took time to answer all questions. Brittany, Chloe, Tamera, the lady at the front desk, including both dentists
Everyone was so polite and are really good at what they do. I was scared to death when I went in. They made me feel comfortable and did not hurt me. I am so proud of teeth. I recommend Ms.Diane and Dr. John Fields to anyone that needs their teeth done. Pray God's blessings in them , their helpers and Aspen Dental.......Terry Jourdan
