Internet sales are a joke. I inquired about a vehicle and was told that the manager only "got aggressive on pricing" in person. I am 128 miles away, I thought that was the point of Internet sales. Do you need to know what I look like to give me a good price?

It's amazing how the service department is so kind to my husband and acts like I (an autocross enthusiast and avid amateur mechanic) know absolutely nothing. I have never felt so patronized in my life. I'll pay someone else who won't be a complete sexist jerk to me.

They are a joke to deal with. They think there pricing are the best in 100 miles but they are sadly mistaking. They are only going to knock off a few hundred dollars off in his words. They are looking for people with bad credit they can take advantage of. When they realize they are not the only car lot Around maybe they will negotiate more. Don't be fooled into paying to much for something thats only going to depreciate in time.

I was eventually called back and given a "firm" price that I beat by a couple of thousand dollars on the same vehicle about 60 miles away THROUGH THE INTERNET SALES DEPARTMENT!

The two stars are just giving them the benefit of doubt that the "in person" experience would have been way better.

The second time, I returned when it was time to change my oil again, 3000 miles later, and got the same maintenance package. On inspection, I was told my air filter needed to be replaced and my middle brake light was out. My car was only 3 years old at the time. I did not mind that the air filter needed to be replaced as I did drive my car over dirt roads. But I was very confused as to why my brake light was already out. They gave me the cost to replace the lights which were expensive. I was only a student then, so I could not afford to replace them. I declined since if it was only the middle light, it should be okay as the other two were working.

Went here a few years ago. The first time, I had great service. Got my oil changed and tires rotated and an inspection, the maintenance package.

Do your homework. Find someone willing to deal and save yourself some money.

Busy when I arrived, but service time reasonable. They keep my Prius running well.

When I went home, I backed onto the driveway of my home and saw in the reflection of the window of my house that my middle brake was in fact working. I was very angry and felt that they were trying to scam me into paying more money for nothing. Very disappointing after having a great first time experience. I never returned then due to the distrust.
