This place and these people are a JOKE! Do NOT get your car from these people. They fix up LEMONS and when the car gives you trouble they will blame it on being used. I have friends with nicer cars who paid less down than I did at Car-Mart. I was told by a rep at a better dealership that a Car-Mart associate got their vehicle from Barnes Crossing in Starkville, MS (a reputable dealer). Save your coins and yourself the headache. I could never go out of town without feeling like my car would break down. It creecked and the seat in the back came up completely. I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy. By the time my car was hit I didn’t have working heat or air and had made over 2,000 dollars in repairs to the car. I should have turned it in and saved myself the money and trouble. Management is trash and they will call you and hang up when you call back (KIM) They don’t report to the Credit Bureau at all but have the nerve to threaten to garnish wages hahahah! Jokes! RUN! PLEASE! This one star should be 0!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a Ford Truck from an individual who purchased the truck from Car-Mart about 8 years ago. The title had not been signed properly so I called Car-Mart and asked them if they would mail a copy of a signed lien release to me so I could purchase a tag and get a title. They had no financial gain by taking the time and spending the energy to mail a lien to me. They did it promptly. I have never bought a vehicle from Car-Mart but they were a great help to me helping me get a title. If I lived in the Columbus area and needed a vehicle then I would definitely check them out first. Thank you for helping me out when you had nothing to gain.
High interest rates poor customer service is what you'll find here. And if you like being overcharged for lemons this is the place to go. I referred three people here and all three had to give there vehicle's back lol. Seems as if just about every time I go there to pay my bill someone's complaining about there vehicle. I would never again in my life buy another vehicle for here, I'd rather walk or ride a bike. They should put a lemonade stand up in front of their lot cause that's exactly what there selling. Only reason why I gave a rating is bc I couldn't post my review w/out one. Or else it would been a 0.
