Don't be fooled by their website! They are not available 24/7. I called their emergency service, as advertised on their website, to get helped with a clogged pipe that was leaking through the ceiling. I was told they would be out in three days, because they were closed and didn't offer emergency services. They may be a great business during normal business hours but they can't help when you need them the most.
They guy that came to my house acted like he was on drugs and then gave me an estimate of $3,350. I fixed my problem myself for $32.49 I will never call them again.
