The rooms were clean and we'll kept. The location is right next to a small shopping center like structure that offers food and other amenities. It was a good stay for the night.
The staff was very accommodating. We just happened to be staying right in the middle of a remodel. I'm sure once that is done it will deserve a 5 star ranking.
Went to stay with a friend of mine. The pools heater was out and it was her birthday so kind of a big deal since that was what she wanted to do for her birthday. Construction was going on but otherwise clean and everything for it was put safely away and out of the way.
Checked in to the hotel today with my husband and 4 children. We booked this particular hotel because of the "heated pool". Well my kids went to get in and they froze!!! I talked to the lady at the desk and she said oh it should be warm sorry!! Not sure why it is cold. Needless to say we had 4 highly disappointed kids on our hands. This happened after we recieved a phone call on our way here for the hotel to tell us that they did not have the rooms available that we had booked. We had booked 2 rooms with queen beds. They only had a room with a King bed and a room with 2 queen beds. Pretty frustrating. Next time we know not to pay the extra at this hotel and take our business elsewhere.
Great breakfast, staff is very friendly, heated indoor pool places to eat close by also the room was clean the bed was very comfortable, also blackout curtains, the rooms have small refrigerators & microwaves in them, the police patrole the area well, & it's right off the interstate, I would stay here again if I was to visit Columbus ms, again!
