Brooks Eye Center is the only eye clinic I've ever visited, and I don't plan to go anywhere else! The doctors are very patient in listening to my concerns. The staff is also helpful in appointments, choosing eye glasses, insurance questions, etc. They have extended hours if needing to pick up your eye glasses after work, too.
We went to Brooks Eye Center to get glasses for my son. The front desk was extremely helpful by letting me know exactly how much my insurance would pay for glasses. Stephanie helped us find the perfect pair of glasses for my son. We had a quick and easy experience!
From the time that you walk into the door they say welcome to Brooks Eye Center, can we help you, or anything that we can do for you. They treat you like a family member, not as a customer all the while you are there, until the time you leave. They tried to makes you comfortable all the while you are there during your examination.
The staff at Brooks Eye Center were very knowledgeable when it came to what my insurance did and did not cover. They were very helpful with picking out frames that were covered by my insurance. Very quick service too.
