I'd prefer to give 3 1/2 stars. The outside of this place is in shambles so I was initially hesitant, but it is quite nice inside. This is a place you want to go for a quality pedicure (good massage, great work) but only if you feel like shelling out a pretty penny! It was $49, including a 20% tip! I've never paid so much, but that being said, it was an hour and fifteen minute service. Overall, good. Best place in Columbus for sure.

I went here based on the reviews and was totally shocked this place got decent reviews or won any awards. I sat there for about half an hour only to be told that she couldnt do a fill, so i was waiting on someone else that could. Sat there for 20 more minutes with no one paying attention to me, finally someone told me to go in the back so they wouldnt forget me. Turns out the girl that said she couldn't do it, lied and ended up doing mine. She was rough with me and quick. Didnt take her time with the design and got the colors wrong, not to mention they are very hard to understand. I will definitely not be going back.
I wish I could give them half a star. This place is a joke! Every time I go, I have to wait I don’t know how long. And I’ve witnessed myself and other customers being passed around or over because they don’t want to do the service being requested. I went today and had to wait an hour because the two ladies in there didn’t want to do a pink & white solar set and the guy that does them was gone to Walmart. Even after I agreed to try the dip it, the girl took forever on the person ahead of me and then started on another girl’s nails before even acknowledging me. After waiting an hour, I left. Not even if it’s the last place in town will I go back.
