I went on to the A.R.E site to get a quote for a basic truck cap with the $500 or so OTR paint job. After a week of H&H failing to get ahold of me I stopped by the shop to get a quote. I cannot believe they quoted me $4,400.....yes you read that right. I was there July 2016 for a quote and I was quoted $1,200.00 for a white cap. That's pretty good inflation right there. I will never stop or look at this place again. I actually laughed when they told me the quote of $4,400.
The sales man was great. He showed me bumpers and steps for my truck. Knowledgeable and not overbearing. He made it a great trip.
Stopped in to have them look at a locking issue I was having with my A.R.E. tonneau cover. Jimmy and his staff squared me away and made it right. I highly recommend and look forward to doing business with them in the future!
Lots of nice products. it's a shame that I feel like I'm dealing with a used car salesman whenever I go there and ask about products and process. Worth checking out if you are in the market for what they carry..
