Best service from the auto industry I Have experienced in a long time. I came in from out of state to collect a vehicle and they worked the repairs to meet my schedule. Communications were great: text messages with updates and friendly phone conversations. Very nice people and a quality business.
The person who is over the body shop acted like he couldn't help with my situation when it came to getting my car out their shop like paying them by the month until balance would be paid off
Take too long to fix the car. Excellent work though.
If i could give them just a poop emoji that is how I would rate Bob's. This company lies right to your face about what they do and when they can do it. expect your vehicle to take 3-4 weeks to be fixed, then they will short or not fix something. I had to take my vehicle back and wait another two weeks for them to get to it. Of course even then I was left unsatisfied, they left wax on my truck that I had to take to get buffed out. These jokers have no clue about customer service or good work. DO NOT GO TO BOB's
This place is awesome they do fantastic work the staff is very knowledgeable and they fix your car very fast and they have 24 hour towing
