Experienced very poor service with their curbside to go this evening. The food was ready when I arrived, but due to disorganization and poor customer service on behalf of server B.V., the entire process took over 20 minutes. I waited after receiving the full order yet paying for only half of the food in order to do the right thing with the bill. The server ultimately took my card for an unreasonably long amount of time, never thanked me for my patience or business, and offered no apology for her lack of professionalism. This has left me with an uneasy feeling..
The food was made according to my order and tasted good. It is the only reason I will award this experience 3 stars. I am still not likely to return as there are many businesses in Columbus that offer far superior customer service.
Best place in Columbus MS to eat. Great food and drinks. The Southern Punch makes me feel like I'm in the Carib.
My husband and I decided to go for brunch and I could not have been more pleased! The floor manager Crystal was welcoming and checked on us. They have $2 mimosas, and a Bloody Mary bar, well alcohol being $3, which was amazing!! The food was delicious and quick and the service was great. The price was very reasonable for an upscale feel. We will definitely be going back if we are ever in Columbus again!
My Niece had Her friends for a Birthday Gathering and Invited more than Expected. I know the Restaurant has Rules but being Rude shouldn't be one of them. The Manager was Very Impolite to Her Guess. Stopping them before they were seated even telling one to drop off gifts and what ever they had because the party was full. When my sister went to speak to the Manager while she stopped some guess. She got in a Huff and told them to go ahead She didn't care and stormed off. Wow. This was my first time eating there got to think about another visit.
I have been fortunate enough to eat at restaurants around the country. I have seen the good, the bad, the overpriced, the hole-in-the wall, the lazy and the extravigant, and everything in between. I can say that without a doubt that after coming here on multiple occasions, Jackson Square Grill has some of the best service I have EVER received. Their food is quality and delicious, their drinks are almost criminally cheap, but the service is where this place shines. Whoever owns this place, keep it up. You have an amazing thing going.
